Workplace Culture
Our teambuilding retreats provide a chance to hit the pause button so you can evaluate workplace culture while building relationships between team members. Our interactive style and high-energy delivery give your team a chance to laugh together, interact, and get to know a little more about each other in a safe and productive environment. We can even integrate soft skill training on topics like communication, conflict management, and leadership development. Our goal is to facilitate in a way that creates a foundation of trust and respect that you can build upon when you return to the office.
Options include half-day, full day, or two-day, depending on what you want to accomplish.
Leadership Development
We develop leaders at all levels of the organization by teaching leadership. Professional development is essential to developing a solid team. And team building goes a long way towards generating buy-in during difficult times and the ongoing challenge of change management. We teach leadership, management and communication in order to be a productive team member. We stress the importance of building relationships in order to get your work done. We also help staff understand the concept of initiative and how they can achieve success through others.
Leadership development is offered as part of a retreat, as a stand-alone training, or most successfully as a series with a cohort so they can grow together and hold each other accountable for implmentation of practices learned.
Training & Facilitation
We are passionate about what we do and can move people to action through retreats, workshops, webinars and presentations. We do this through high-energy training experiences that involve, inspire and motivate. Our end goal is always to ignite the spark that brought people to your mission in the first place, and help them connect on a deeper level with the people they will need to collaborate with to get the work done.

Volunteer Management
teamWorks runs on the Three R’s of Volunteer Management: Recruit. Retain. Recognize. Once volunteers are in a role, we must do something to ensure they keep coming back. Likewise, if we recognize their effort and contribution to the organization, we can retain them, and move them into increasingly more important roles. It’s like developing a career path for your key volunteers! To that end, teamWorks has developed a wide array of topics on which we consult and train.
