Our Purpose
We're all about helping individuals, teams, and organizations be a better version of themselves. We create a spark that ignites ideas, possibilities, and strategies for the growth mindset. Founded in 2006, teamWorks serves clients big and small, from national organizations to regional collaborations. We design and develop training content, both virtual and in-person. We inspire collaboration and relationship building through facilitation at staff and board retreats. We teach cohorts of rising leaders how to lead others, empower growth, and mobilize their people. We engage nonprofits and associations to build capacity by utilizing volunteer leaders. And we do it all with a high degree of professionalism, a contagious enthusiasm, and a love for what we do.

With more than twenty years of experience, Becky helps teams ignite their internal superpowers (their people) to develop trust and ultimately generate buy-in. Becky’s passion is helping teams become a better version of themselves. Whether through high-octane virtual workshops or lively in-person sessions, Becky combines humor with the latest facilitation techniques. From boosting morale to enhancing soft skills, Becky’s work helps transform leaders and prepare them for their next role.

She’s parlayed that into tactics that now inspire and elevate leaders in all sectors. With a BA in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Washington (Go, Huskies!) and a passion for lifelong learning, Becky is on a mission to make every leader and team shine brighter.
