The Touchdown Club: Fundraising + Community Engagement

Create the Magic of the Touchdown Club at your high school football game!
This proven fundraising event in the end zone at your stadium creates energy and synergy for the program.  The Touchdown Club enables coaches to engage parents and community members to form a volunteer committee and produce a top-notch experience to support the program.

Raise Money with Low Expense Ratio

You work hard to raise money for your program so it's important to keep your expenses low. If your expense ratio for fundraising is 30% or more, rethink that fundraiser!  The Touchdown Club raises money through members and sponsors and by getting supplies, logistical elements, and food donated by local business people. It's amazing how generous people are if you just ask!

Engage the Community

The Touchdown Club provides a way for sponsors to get advertising exposure at the stadium, give food vendors a chance to be part of the football experience (and great for business!), and allows community partners to connect with the school community on so many levels. We  have seen conversations at the TD Club turn into business deals in the community.

Empower Volunteer Leaders

Don't even try to do this without a committee of volunteers that are passionate about the program. In order to make it sustainable, you'll need a committee that is complrised of volunteers from different classes (Frosh - Senior parents). That will allow your club to change and grow as new families come into the program  and graduating families move on. Volunteer leadership is the single biggest indicator of success. The goal is for everyone to do a little so no one has to do a lot.  Afterall, we all want to watch our kids play on Friday nights!
