Bloom where you're planted!
Spring is in the air and it seems the appropriate time to welcome you to the new look of teamWorks. We've had the good fortune to grow as a business over the past eight years. We've had the good fortune to help many nonprofits develop a plan that builds capacity and utilizes volunteers. We've been entrusted to nurture nonprofit staff into successful volunteer managers. And we've had the honor of working with volunteer leaders who are deeply passionate about playing an integral part in moving the mission! For that we are grateful.
Just as plants begin to bud in the spring, teamWorks is beginning to blossom as a business. We're excited to take on more national nonprofits while staying connected to the community organizations that are hungry to build capacity. We've launched our new website and will be blogging regularly for national publications. Our old blog spot will migrate here so you can follow us right on our website.
In response to demand, we are launching monthly webinars on volunteer management. Check out the schedule and pick a few topics that will help you be more effective and efficient. These are open the general public - nonprofit staff, volunteers, youth sports committees and volunteer boards. Basically anyone who works with volunteers!
May the seeds you've planted take root this spring. With some nurturing, those volunteer relationships can grow into something beautiful and powerful. Happy Spring from teamWorks!
